Life isn’t always easy - and that’s something I understand both professionally and personally.

As a qualified counsellor based in Leominster, Herefordshire, I work with people from all walks of life who are going through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. Many clients who come to me are unsure if their problems are “big enough” for counselling. My answer is always this: if something is affecting your wellbeing, it’s important, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

You might be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, or stress at work. Or maybe you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling with low self-esteem. Whatever you’re facing, counselling can help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and find a way forward.

Counselling is not just for people in crisis. It’s a valuable space for reflection, personal growth, and emotional healing.

Clients from across Leominster and Herefordshire seek support for a variety of reasons, including:
  • Ongoing feelings of anxiety or low mood
  • Coping with bereavement or loss
  • Navigating life transitions such as divorce, redundancy, or retirement
  • Dealing with childhood trauma or unresolved past experiences
  • Improving communication and relationships
  • Building confidence and self-worth
Some clients come for a few weeks to work through a specific issue; others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns in their life.

I believe that with the right support, we all have the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive. If you're based in Leominster or anywhere in Herefordshire and you're considering professional counselling, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.

As a professional counsellor, I tailor each session to your individual needs. My approach is person-centred, meaning it's my job to help you draw out the solutions you already have locked away inside.

You can find more information about how I work, my approach to therapy, and how to get started right here on my website. If you have any questions or would like to book an initial session, please feel free to get in touch.

And remember, you don’t have to face things alone. Help is here when you’re ready.
