Hello and welcome, I’m Debbie Andrews – a warm, down-to-earth counsellor based in Leominster, Herefordshire. If you’re searching for private counselling in Leominster, bereavement or anxiety support, neurodiversity counselling, or just need a safe space to talk, I’m here to help.
As a fully qualified person-centred counsellor, British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC)-registered therapist, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk through whatever’s on your mind without pressure or judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, disability, domestic violence, LGBTQ+, low self-esteem, school refusing, self harm, suicide, self-esteem issues, or feeling overwhelmed, we can explore what’s going on together at your pace. I work with young people (11+), adults, and families, and bring years of experience supporting people through a wide range of life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel more in control, develop healthier coping strategies, and better understand yourself. It is often through confidentially talking through their situation that clients begin to understand what they are thinking or feeling. I offer sessions from my private room for counselling in Leominster, as well as conducting sessions on Wednesdays at The Body Clinic – you can book online here (just scroll down to find me). If you’re wondering if counselling might help, I offer a free introductory session to counselling so we can chat and see if it feels right for you. |
