Private Therapy and Compassionate Counselling in Leominster and Hereford with Debbie Andrews

Hello and welcome, I’m Debbie Andrews – a warm, down-to-earth counsellor based in Leominster and Hereford. If you’re searching for private counselling in Leominster or Hereford, bereavement or anxiety support, neurodiversity support or just need a safe space to talk, I’m here to help.

I am a registered member of both the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the Association of Christians in Counselling (ACC) .  I offer a safe, confidential space where you can talk through whatever’s on your mind without pressure or judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, neurodivergence, disability, depression, domestic violence, LGBTQ+, low self-esteem, depression, school refusing, self harm, suicidal thoughts,  self-esteem issues, or feeling overwhelmed, we can explore what’s going on together at your pace.

I work with young people (11+), adults, and families, and bring years of experience supporting people through a wide range of life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel more in control, develop healthier coping strategies, and better understand yourself. It is often through confidentially talking through their situation that clients begin to understand what they are thinking or feeling.

I offer online sessions or face to face appointments from The Body Clinic in Leominster – you can book online here (just scroll down to find me) and The Fred Bulmer Centre in Hereford.  Please contact me to book.

If you’re wondering if counselling might help, I offer a free introductory session to talk about what you would like to get out of counselling and see if it feels right for you.
