Supervision
BACP define supervision as: "A specialised form of mentoring provided for practitioners responsible for undertaking challenging work with people. Supervision is provided to ensure standards, enhance quality, advance learning, stimulate creativity, and support the sustainability and resilience of the work being undertaken."
As well as being a counsellor I am also a qualified supervisor. All counsellors are required to have supervision - this is a space to bring our work to another trained person to ensure that we are doing the best we can do with and for our clients. Confidentiality is maintained. I can provide a free 30 minute trial to see if you feel comfortable to work with me. Supervision of an individual is charged at £45 /hour. |
